Rental Policy

Please read carefully before booking.

No-shows and cancellations are non-refundable. All bookings are final and non-transferable.
Access keys are issued to the phone number used at booking. Changes require a $25 fee.
Maximum of 15 participants. (We will no longer provide chairs, as they have been damaged from being used as training equipment.)
The rebounder equipment belongs to the facility and is not available for use during rentals at this time.
This facility is intended for training and workout use only. Overtime Courts is not available for parties, personal/group events, or social gatherings. Food, alcohol, smoking, pets, and unauthorized use are not permitted. Violations will result in immediate cancellation without refund.
Renters are responsible for all damages and must supervise anyone under 18 at all times.
Clean up after your session. Trash must be removed and the space left as found.

Overstay Policy: Court time is reserved exclusively for your scheduled booking. Any renter who remains on the court beyond their reserved time will be charged a $25 overstay fee. Repeated overstays may result in the suspension or permanent loss of booking privileges at Overtime Courts.

REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued. No reschedules. Each booking reserves a specific time slot and prevents that time from being available to another potential renter.
