Rental Policy

Please read carefully before booking.

No-shows and cancellations are non-refundable. All bookings are final and non-transferable.
Access keys are issued to the phone number used at booking. Changes require a $25 fee.
Maximum of 15 participants. Seating is minimal.
Please exit on time. Repeated overstays may affect future rentals.
This facility is intended for training and workout use only.
Overtime Courts is not available for parties, personal events, or social gatherings. Food, alcohol, smoking, pets, and unauthorized use are not permitted. Violations will result in immediate cancellation without refund.
Renters are responsible for all damages and must supervise anyone under 18 at all times.
Please use chairs and facility equipment responsibly and return all items to their original location. Additional fees may apply for misuse.
Clean up after your session. Trash must be removed and the space left as found.

REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued. No reschedules. Each booking reserves a specific time slot and prevents that time from being available to another potential renter.
