Booking and access explained step by step.
Facility Monitoring Notice
Please be aware that during all rentals, the facility may be monitored by an Overtime Courts employee or through camera monitoring service while your rental is in progress.

Make sure your booking fits our rental guidelines.

All bookings are final. There are no refunds or reschedules once a session is reserved, as your booking holds that time and prevents others from reserving it.

It is very important to verify that your selected date and time are correct before completing your booking.
Book your time
Reserve your spot on the Rental Calendar.
Check your email
You’ll receive a confirmation email with access details.
(Check spam if needed.)
First-time access setup
(one time only)
- Download the VizPin Smart App
- Enter the Location ID from your email
- Virtual Key Access is tied to the booking phone number
- Virtual key assigned within 45 minutes
- No physical codes provided/No physical key provided
Access the facility
At your scheduled time, stand at the door and tap “Open” in the app.
Access only works during your booked time.

Please make sure your Bluetooth is turned on. If your virtual key is not showing, go to your phone settings → Apps → Vizpin, and ensure Bluetooth is enabled. Then refresh and try accessing the virtual key again.

If the issue continues, please message customer service through the Fit by Wix app (see the Contact page).
During your rental
- Keep the door closed
- Do not let others in that are not with your group
- Take your phone if you step out; this is your only way of entry.
- Remove all personal items when finished
Future Bookings
Your virtual key stays active and updates automatically for each booking.
