Overtime CourtS Rental Policy

Please read carefully before booking.

Rental packages must be used within 30 days of purchase.

No-shows will result in the loss of the session booked.
Once a time slot is booked, no changes, transfers, or rescheduling will be allowed.
Please exit the facility on time. Repeated overstays may lead to reduction of hours or cancellation of your future booked sessions.
We reserve the right to cancel any rental plan or reserved time due to policy violations or other issues.
Renters are fully responsible for any damages that occur during their rental period.
Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Adult supervision is required for all youth rentals.
Any equipment used must be handled with care and returned to its original location. Misuse may result in additional charges or cancellation of your plan.
Smoking, alcohol, pets, and unauthorized events are not allowed in the facility. Violations will result in immediate cancellation of your rental without refund.
Please clean up after your session. Trash and personal items must be removed, and the space should be left in its original condition. A cleaning fee may apply if not followed.
